Announcing our new President, Dave Harris

Dawson & Associates as well as HeatSource is pleased to announce that it has named Dave Harris as its new President effective September 1, 2021. Harris, being an energetic sales focused entrepreneur styled business leader, brings a wealth of leadership experience and a passion for positive change to the day to day business operations. He succeeds Neal Shah who remains Owner and Principal for both Dawson & Associates and HeatSource.

Who is Dave Harris?

Harris came to Dawson & Associates and HeatSource 2 years ago as a Sales Manager for our Dallas-East region and has excelled in sales, profits and customer satisfaction. He has shared many new ideas on our sales and marketing efforts as well as overall operations. His past experience as a business owner himself and award winning sales manager for companies to include Avery Dennison has provided him years of expertise in the Distribution and Manufacturers Rep industries. Harris has also served on the Board of Directors for RSM Cares, a community service organization serving fresh foods to those in need.

Harris’ experience in managing people while maintaining a focus on customer service and sales oriented business acumen will maintain the synergies that Dawson & Associates and HeatSource was founded on some 50-years ago and still prevails today as we continue to serve the multitude of industries we specialize in. While we continue to grow and strengthen our relationships with our customers, you can expect to see a more organized and concerted effort in our Marketing efforts as well as our Sales and Service practices. We welcome the changes that Harris will bring as he further molds our organization into the new future presented to us.
