Product Functionality: Portable Suspension Type Spot Welders are designed for extraordinary versatility and are available with different styles of welding guns and arms. These welders are suspended by a spring balance and hooked wire-rope. They are moveable over the job where the job is too heavy to handle it on the welder. The large Spot-Guns with reasonably long throat depth carry water-cooled kick-less cables to transfer the secondary currents to the gun from a grounded weld-transformer. These air-operated guns are designed for high-speed production to meet the needs of a vast number of metal fabrication shops, particularly for the manufacture of automobile bodies and sub-assemblies.
Users Include: Spot welding, electro-brazing, cross wire welding,etc. The machines are also capable of welding stainless steel, brass, phosphor, bronze, alloy steels, etc. Specific details can be had on request.
Construction : The portable spot gun is designed with an air cooled integrated transformer. Ruggedly fabricated with streamlined appearance, suitably stiffened at points of stress. The Welding Gun is designed with a Gyro Bail with sealed bearings capable of 360° movement and comes with swappable Long throat and short throat electrodes made of Copper Alloy. The Gun also comes with an additional handle to hold it from right or left side for easier positioning. The 360° Gyro bail with sealed bearings supports weight of the welding gun and helps to spot weld in any position with easy gun rotation and maneuverability in any position.

Cooling system: Transformer and welding guns are water cooled. Interconnecting hoses within the assembly are provided.
Welding transformer: Transformer is of special design class F insulted built with high efficient core material.
Current Control: Current control by Heat Shift Method-Thyristorised.
Weld Initiation: Weld Initiation by means of press type switch provided on the gun handle.
